How to Be a Successful E-Commerce Founder
I spend my time on strategy big picture of the business and worried about what's next. That shows up in a lot of ways but to your example of the calendar today I had a handful of one-on-one meetings with various leaders in the business. If we're going to continue to be in the game of entrepreneurship focused on e-commerce having a great network is going to be really helpful so and then give a week handful of L10 meetings using the EOS process maybe a podcaster too if I'm lucky.
