The biggest thing we'll watch next is the housing reports that come out, because we want to see if prices are starting to go down. The pc e, which is, as neal said, that what the fed follows, doesn't have as big a weight for housing as the c p i and so it's going to come in a little bit lower. Mike: Are you depressed?
