Crossing the Chasm

There are two useful parts to that book. One is it gives names and labels to these different segments. The name really comes from there's a big chasm between the early adopters and the early majority. And also for me as a retrospective, to recognize where you sit in that spectrum and to recognize there are people who share very different value systems could be helpful.
