China Band Reincarnation

The chinese government has laid down for reincarnate living buddhas with relatively high degree of influence. If someone who's against the government gets reincarnated as something powerful, that could be bad. Unauthorized reincarnations will be patalized by the chinese government. The plan of the government in bejing is to have a say on who the next tibetan buddhist spiritual leader is. This could potentially result in two dolli lamas, one selected by government officials and another recognized by gelupa tradition.
