Was It a Dupe or a Truck Bomb?

I have absolutely no doubts that it was Ukraine and the suggestion that in fact it was the result of some kind of interneasign feuds within the Russian security forces. I think they'll just mischievous information operation. The Ukrainians quite effectively ascend assiduously carry out information operations on a variety of levels. They are involved in existential struggle and quite rightly they'll use whatever instruments are at their disposal. But those of us who are outsiders should be wary of taking anything the Ukrainians say absolutely at face value. Just as we have even better reasons for taking what the Russians say with not just a pinch but a whole salt mine.
