The Future of Open Frameworks

I was curious what direction open frameworks is moving in. One of the things that we've been talking about recently is trying to make the core, the core of open framework when we started was really small. So now there's a real push to try to, how can we make the core smaller and how could we have more subsystems or more modules, pull them out of the core. I do think that probably the next big push is to figure out how do you respond to more modern graphics API.
