Is There a Culture Issue With Support Staff?
I think that's where people wrap their identity up as just being a physio in a high performance sport. That's when if something goes wrong in that particular aspect of their life, that's when things start to come crashing down very quickly. We expect it from the players that they won't go out late or they're looking after themselves in the background. But what if we applied that same rule to the support staff who have,. hey, I might have stress at home or I might have, I've got the workload of the trainings, but then you might have individual players coming to see you?
