I didn't realize that you had tofined benefit plans that paid out a defined benefit. A d b plan does it automatically, but it has a lot more money to do it with. Half of workers right now have access to a pinch of planet work. The americans are the only ones that are asked to save or a for the long term in short term instruments. It's totally mismatched and really a the unintended consequences an unthought financial sense at all.
