There's like you know the bloody water flowing over the thing and this is I don't know if this is what is meant to be there or if I was just seeing things maybe maybe the creature is affecting me who knows. Later on when he's in the shower like weird jellyfish creature comes out of the shower and maybe stings him it seems like it stings him so yeah the organism appears to be kind of infecting the water table and spreading out through it in different forms.
