What Do You Think About Your Mental Health?
Angie's mom didn't find out until she read the book. She was upset that I didn't tell her understandably. My mom is very enmeshing and it feels more like control and stifle than love. The way I was feeling afterwards, I didn't have the emotional capacity to deal with that. Do you think people will listen to this conversation when it comes out? I think so. Does anyone know we're having this conversation in your life? Not yet but I've challenged myself to put it out there once it's broadcast. People funny because my experience is obviously very unique but there's so many universal experiences in the book. And then of course you can add anything else
