Panel interviews can really create an exacerbate bias. I've walked into panel style interviews where nobody looked like me. And then being reminded that in sort of as four people or five people are sitting in a sort of panel looking at me in many ways grilling me kind of reminded me like, Oh wow, I don't belong here. That also prevented me from bringing my a game to that interview. So I think doing away with panel interviews from both perspectives and more diversity in the hiring outcomes you have as an employer and as the interviewer,. There's benefits for both.
