Attribution Is Hard

I wouldn't say that there is a reason to be happy about being a cyber criminal. Even if you want to be detained, your business hopefully will be disrupted and you won't have a good time. I do think that we have seen a string of so attribution is hard. Using cyber criminals in the physical realm in which we live is hard. It doesn't mean however that there are no effects that could be done.
