Flora's Magical Encounter with Talking Plants

Flora discovers that plants can talk using a magical Bright Yellow Hat, and learns about a distressed cedar tree casting spells due to harm from a guesthouse construction. She helps the mayor's sick son by relocating the cedar tree, healing him, and surprises everyone by requesting flower seeds instead of a reward.
