Diamond Engagement Rings - It's a Racket, but I Would Still Get the Best Ring
Dhe bers came in at the end of the 19 sixties, and within 24 years, it went from five % of japanese couples having diamond engagement rings to over 60%. Right now, it's a multi billion dollar a year industry in japan alone. They created a market where there wasn't even any marketthat that's genius. It's also kind of creepy. But the reality, of course, is that the diamond itself, it's worth nothing. Like as really as ad it's worthless. There are so many of them that it's just another rock.
