Can You Modify Your Messaging Based on Quarterly?
I think sales teams are a little bit reactive because we have to experience pain for six weeks and then we adjust messaging, right? This happened to most of our businesses in Q2 where it was like revenue and pipeline was falling from the sky. And then, you know, roll or may hit and it was like dried up. But I think if you can get proactive with that using customer insights from your book of customers and really understanding what pain are they about to experience since we're in CRM with them,. Can that help us to look into the next quarter and kind of get inside the minds of the folks in our pipeline? That is like revenue org 301 type stuff that is fantastic.
