Harley: What I focused on is really the second command as it pertains to the CEO. Most entrepreneurial COOs are quick stones, right? They kind of act now and plan later. As you get into the real corporate world, they tend to be a very different style of CEO. The second thing then is what are you looking for? So if I was a CEO of a company or an entrepreneur in a company, I'm looking for someone who is really, really good at the stuff that I suck at.
