I live at 1300 meters yeah and everyone most of the people I know in this valley live at 1300 1350 chaklids or 1400 there's no real altitude benefit from that it's actually a negative negative. Every climb we do in this valley the average altitude is like 1700 meters out of climb and it's super difficult It's great to lose weight but um so but that's different than Volter who lived over 2000 meters, he doesn't think lives up there either.
