Worry is really fear, fear about the future. And worry creates a huge amount of stress. There are a lot of people in the world who are constantly worried,. Sometimes about very big things, but often aboutLots and lots and lots and Lots of small things. So maybe not one really big thing, but just so many things that are smaller, but they create stress all the time. This will destroy your health. It will destroy your happiness. In this section to day, we're doing section two. The next two chapters is really about trying to take away the emotion. Take the emotion, the fear. That's what makes us so unhappy.
