Enabling Managers - The Benefit of Leverage and Scale

The biggest impact on individual seller success is their immediate manager and the coaching they get from them. If you're enabling managers, you're hopefully enabling the seven or eight folks exunder that, right? Exactly. I think we spent too much in sales training, spend more on enabling managers. And there's a paradigm shift that should probably accelerate in terms of how we think about the role of enablement leaders within companies.
