A website designer says she has a free speech right to refuse to create websites for same-sex weddings because of her Christian faith. Liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor said that a decision allowing the designer to turn away same-sex couples would be a first. Conservative justices focused on the designer's stated intention to create customized wedding sites and difference between businesses engaged in expression and one simply selling products.
