How to Bring Personalization to Life in the Workplace
There's different ways that people could live in bed and bring job crafting and personalization to life. One example could be through workshops where you are training individuals to introduce the concepts, then getting them to play with it. In virgin money, we tested this by working with a group of change architects who had high autonomy but low engagement levels. And there was tangible outcomes in terms of result and terms of satisfaction in their jobs.
