Sherlock's Subconscious

I almost feel like my understanding is that at this time in the show it seems like John wasn't even writing the blogs anymore. So I was thinking maybe when Sherlock was really high he wrote the final problem as a blog post but now I don't believe in that. But then I want to know what you guys think about this because you guys are very much on the side of this being in John's head or this being a representation of John's subconscious which I agree withBecause there are parts where I'm like yeah that is showing John's subconscious.
