The Importance of Partially Reps

I'm not a huge fan because pull downs have a pretty good resistance curve. I wouldn't say I would do partial reps because most research on post failure training and partial reps is both very, very un promising. But I recommend for those types of exercise that people train a bit closer to failure or actually even to failure sometimes. failing a row is very different from failing a bench rest.
