Aren't You Still Using US Infrastructure to Make This Attack?

Is 400 million requests to Twitter over a day? Is that a lot? I doubt it based on some of the numbers that Elon's been putting out there, especially during things like the World Cup and that sort of thing. Every time there's something crazy happening, people just flock to Twitter in one massive wave. But you're right with the number with a volume of traffic that Twitter gets more than likely that little bump may seem insignificant.
