I don't think they will lead to reform. My view is that this is a regime which realizes, you know, the, some of the great political philosophers in history like Machiavellian Tokwil have noted that the most dangerous moment for any bad government is when it tries to reform itself. And Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khomeini, his, the lessons he's learned over the last three decades is that you should never abandon your principles.
