Cary: There's lots of good detail there about conducting these kinds of interviews. So you first started with basically an auto information that you have and what you want to find out. You then contacted them, in this case through emal, to recruit them to be part of the study. And then you set up time to actually have have meetings with them. When we're doing this remotely, which is often the case, it's really inexpensive.
