The Effects of Lucing on the Metabolism

If you're chronically depleting your a t p levels, then you don't ave any opportunity of where that niacence going to fit in. This is very similar to what we're talking about an episode 58 with ribofleven. Its retention in the body is all predicated on having high a tp levels that will secure it. So there's effective lucing. And this is somewhat controversial because there are different studies that came to conflicting results about how important it was. But lucing is one of the branch chain omino acids that is responsible for signalling properties that divert uramino acids towards growth.
