I remember writing, i cano go back to the entries where i was like, you what good am i? What will i ever amount to? I want so much. How will i ever be able to get anything? Nor a real underlying sense of sadness. So what really changed in my thirties was with starting therapy. Theraby saved my life. It's not a story that has an end. It's just a continuing, an on going journey to really fine self actualization.
