How to Use a Work Beat to Increase Confidence

A work beat is simply a micro agreement that you make with yourself to go in to a situation, do something for a period of time and stop. The highest form of a work beat can think about it almost as meditation and motion. You're doing some work, but you are not the work. It's the smallest move. Now this ties into the notion of projects and next actions. This is made very clear in the role clarity map - there are beats and practices per role that when you do some things over and over again, they create a lot of value for you.
