Exercise and Anxiety
Exercise is a really interesting one. I thought exercise was the first thing i tried, ra cause i was like, well, this's the slam dunk. What i was surprised to find is the relationship between exercise and reducing anxiety is by no means clear. A lot of studies don't really distinguish ten what type of exercise are good for you. People who sign up to those studies are not generally people who hate exercise. The samples that are used in such studies are often not people who are clinically anxious.
