Under Nore Pennington, that widget maker could on its own or in coordination with every other widget maker lobby Congress or state legislature to say why don't you change the law and outlaw that old process. And again, that could have at least in the short term an any competitive effect because price of widgets might go up but there won't be any interest liability coming from that. That's great. I just one last question. How are other jurisdictions handling this issue like European Union countries?
