The Difference Between Self-Care and Avoiding Your Life
Self-care is not just what makes you feel good in the moment. It's something that helps you to improve your physical and mental health. Is it a net positive or is it a net negative? We have to consider the long term impact of me doing this thing. Sometimes skipping work for the day so that I can take care of myself, nurture myself, and work on the work project that I know I'm not going to do in the office if I don't do these things. A80HD: Go make a list of all of the things you can do to nurture yourself,. And just start playing with and experimenting with what feels good.
