Drug Free Lifting - Is There a Benefit to a Slower, Steadier Approach?

I like to keep things predictable and take a gradual approach that matches basically what we can realistically hope to achieve as a drug free lifter. I think the potential benefits of taking these bigger, more aggressive approaches with more frequent phase shifting between balking and cutting, i think the the khans outweigh the prose. And i much prefer to take a slower, steadier approach when i'm working with clients or when i'm trying to change my own physique.
