Is There Anything Off Market?

I tell pepl every building i've ever for a lease, the building i bought all off market. Cause if you don't realize, argos or falkian southi like one of these huge companies as can come in and their pockets are deep your not going to be able to compete. My first building, i just knocked on it, i said, this is great spot for a jim. It was speedy prints. They sold business cards and fliers. A bubbi like vhis tha prints was kicking their ass. Would you be willing to get out? Like, are you interested in that? I'm talking to the owner's tr face and that'. That was my
