Every day I ask myself, are the things we're working on working? Is our marketing plan working? Are we actually acquiring customers? And so I do that on a daily basis. My team and I also have an annual goals conversation where we ask ourselves, what's the goal? What did it work? Did what we do this year worked? And what's our goal going to be next year to accomplish the mission of the business? I also do that in my personal and personal spheres in my relationships and things like that.
