The Importance of Humility in Feedback
There's always some type of knowledge in the feedback, even if it hurts. We're not critiquing the person who made it. And that like pulling that apart and not taking everything as a personal either a personal attack on you or an indictment of the person who didn't like the work in the first place is hard. Not everybody is skilled at giving good critique,. But it is possible as you start to understand that these kinds of mechanics and use these kinds of strategies.
