Scale Conferences - What's the Hallway Story?
I was thinking of a Brian Bellendorf said that we need minimum viable centralization. And in a similar way, I think you need minimum viable openness. It's just when you get three to four thousand people in a room together, they start talking about things that are interesting to them. The scale community is very friendly and very approachable. Just like you don't need to know the person to tap on their shoulder and say, that sounds interesting. Can I join in?
