How Do You Tell Your Adviser the Whole Story?

This is always quite a, quite a touchy subject when it comes to advising. The difficulty is isis you need to tell your adviser the whole story. There have been occasions when advisers have er been only seeing part of the story because the client has another adviser. How how do you take an intentional plan forward if you got two guys telling you possibly different, different, different things? That's just something that screamed out at me.
