I think the biggest thing that i'm trying to do nowadays is focus more on what do they want? What are they looking for? What are their goals? Andless like trying to be sort of like some pontificating professor, trying to teach them some marcane bit of technology. I try to be very open, you know, with my schedule. Someone has a question, younow, i'd let them know that they should always feel free to schedule time. But i just don't know if i'm that good at it yet. That's one of the reasons why i've been looking at things like the staff inch book.
