One concern is over reliance on this type of technology where a police or perhaps human looking at the footage cannot tell who it is. In general AI systems right now aren't very reliable, so whenever you do use one, ideally use that together of someone. So you have the AI kind of give you something that's detected or recognized and then you have a human in the loop to verify and follow up.
