What's the Difference Between Random and Not Random?

The game of craps is built on the assumption that nobody can really control what happens to the die, even though they give them to you. You'd have to be a master coin flipper to be able to do that. The weather is not fundamentally quantum mechanically random; it's just difficult to predict because it's so complicated. And everything in your everyday experience is not random. These things can seem random, but they're really just complex and chaotic.
