What's the Risk-Reward Ratio of Sirtuans?
Sirtuan is a family of enzymes that are all related to the yeast sirtuan that we overexpressed and extended lifespan. There's one paper now showing that if you overexpress the mouse version of sirtu, which is called sirtu 1, you can get a small effect on lifespan. Is it important?
