Episode 2 - Government Relief Programmes

The first episode focused largely on individual people, citizens gaming these sort of government incentive programmes. To day's episode is about much more of an iron fisted, you now, unilateral approach where the only incentive for participating is to look good in the eyes of the all powerful government. We have some stats here. I think it was something in the neighborhood of a billion sparrows were taken out. One point five billion rats, i love this one. A hundred millionl ams of flies and 11 million kilograms of mosquitoes were absolutely destroyed. So on that level, this was a screaming success.
