I'm convinced Russia is in a very bad place militarily. What I'm not sure about is Ukraine's ability to exploit that disarray. We know that Ukraine has been holding back its own reserves rather than committing them to try and block this assault. So it does have something in reserve, we don't know how big that is. But there are certainly Western officials who are skeptical of Ukraine's able to storm through Russian lines. And what they worry about is a protracted conflict in which perhaps Ukraine can take back some of its territory, but Russia still hangs on to lots of it.
