Time and attention. That's the name of the buges, that's it. We all struggle with this because of these built in, e kind of slopes that we have to climb, the novelty biases. Task blocking is a good way to do that. If you know you've only given yourself four hours to write some kind of section of some report, you'll do it. And just remembering between things to breatted our attention can be crucial.
