How to Make a Video a Week?

Every two weeks, we look through the spread sheet and we create an aggregate score of engagement based on how many homo assignments, how many zom minutes have they attended. And then to the kind of bottom 20 % or so of people, or if they've not done any of any vilios at all, we send them nudge email every two weeks being like, hey, so at this point, some of us students, you know, we e we would have liked to see two vidios made.
