New York State and New York City Health Department Guidance on Race Nethonicity

There have been three lawsuits filed in federal courts asking that these new york guidances be blocked. So far, two of them have been decided by the district court, and a third has been put on oldentill. I think the lesson is that government entities and unhealth care providers have to be very careful in the way they articulate the ways in which they are making decisions.
