The Pros and Cons of a Protein and 800g Approach

I'm pretty good on the 800 gram aspect. That is not a problem for me. I love my fruits and vegetables. And it's the, I know the protein target is where I struggle. Like I don't hit that. Even adding in like protein shakes and things like that, I'm still not getting there. It kind of, maybe this is a mental aspect, but it's like, I want to stop eating when I'm not hungry anymore.
