As parents, we can give our kids free play. It's not that we're dictating how they play specifically, right? We're setting the stage. I'm not saying all day, but an hour here or there of playing together a game. You would be amazed how long kids can entertain themselves with simple things around the house. And by the way, it's also not terrible, if they're playing together, to allow them to play video games once in a while.
