How Do I Spend My Morning?
The first question that i ask myself is really, it's the centre of my universe, which is my customers. To me, if you serve your customers the right way, you're in fat city. So how can i make their lives easier? What value can i give them? How can i make the delivery of my training programmes, my coaching programmes, like od stuff, easier for them to get more value out of it? Those are my customers. Your customers could be your company's customers. They could be other teams within your organization. Whoever your customers are, they could be internal customers. You could be working in the alliances area where got partnerships, and they're your customers.
